Yes. Pool heating is free on stays of 7 nights or more, $50 per night for 2–6 nights and $70 for 1 night, with 48 hours' notice. It runs November–March at The Edgewood Villa and October–March at The Hollywood Pool House.
Both homes are in residential neighborhoods with outdoor quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM, enforced by the cities. Groups are welcome; loud outdoor parties are not.
Both homes have self check-in from 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Each fits up to 3 vehicles inside the gates; street parking is not allowed.
