The heated pool is the center of everything: 8 sun loungers, 2 large umbrellas and floats. A designer dining table seats 8 and extends to 12, next to a Nexgrill BBQ with every tool.
The game patio
Under the covered patio: a ping pong table, LED shuffleboard, a small bar and a propane firepit with cushioned seating.
Inside
Open-plan living around an 82" 4K Samsung with Roku and a SONOS soundbar. The coffee table lifts open to reveal board games. Six more TVs across the bedrooms and patio.
The kitchen
Full-size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, a gourmet knife set and a stocked spice rack. Three coffee makers: drip, Nespresso VertuoPlus and Mr. Coffee.
